What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register for an event we host or purchase a product we are selling associated with an event (through DanceCamps.org and PayPal.com). We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys and applications (through Google Sheets), provide feedback (through Google Sheets), participate in competitions (through email or other submission), user our Contact Us forms, or sign up for our mailing list (through MailChimp.com). Website usage information is also collected using cookies (see the Cookie section below for more).
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order, inform you of decisions and opportunities relevant to your order, to respond to your communication, to improve the flow and usability of our site, and, if you agree, to email you about other events or products Mile High Fusion offers we think might be of interest to you.
Mile High Fusion will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies.
Your order is processed using two external companies: Dance Camps (to collect your registration information) and PayPal (to process and confirm your payment). Dance Camps only stores your data and it is kept private per their agreement with us. Information you share with PayPal is used to process your payment. Only confirmation of your payment, your name, and email address are shared with us and we only use them to communicate with you about payment or process refunds, if applicable.
Our marketing list is managed by MailChimp. We use this information to send you messages per your preferences. If you register for an event, we will send you information about the event through MailChimp. Registering for an event does not automatically enroll you into our email marketing list.
Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that may be of interest to you. This mostly means we want to send you information about future Mile High Fusion events and merchandise. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Access to your Information and Correction
